I have a window in the house we recently bought that has issues. There is basically nothing keeping the window from falling down/out. Attached are pictures. The window opening is a total of 49", with the lower movable window measuring 25.5" Looks like it's missing all parts needed to keep it open. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like the window is missing the support balances. Unfortunately, we can't be sure of what you need without seeing the original hardware. If there is an identical window in the house with intact hardware, we could start by seeing photos of the balance assembly uninstalled to help narrow down your options. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. The new photos help but we would still need to see the balance fully removed from the window since there are key parts of the end fittings that are not visible while installed.
