My window is jammed

Question

Something is broken or jammed. The "Side-load Channel Balance Sash Support System" is unbelievably stuck and frozen to the top of the sliding window. (see photo) We even used a crowbar prying from the bottom of the window. (I know that was a bad idea). I need to know how to unjam and get replacement parts for:
