Hello there!
I'm afraid we don't sell your exact lock. We might have an alternative, depending on the dimensions, but I can't make any promises. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center as well as the backset? See the image below as a reference. The 11/16" measurement would be the backset.

I need the part number for the return springs I'm asking that my windows do not stay up they go down there's the Spring it's not working I need the part number for the Spring there's small bathroom windows

Thanks for clarifying. It sounds like you need new window balances but I'm afraid I can't identify them when they're installed. I would need you to remove an undamaged balance from the window in order to help. I may need more photos and information after that, but I have to know what to ask for first. Just something to keep in mind.
