Mystery Window Part

Please help ID this part. On the left side, it's missing the circled white part. Do I need to open the white cover cap to find the part or is the white cover is the actual part. Thank you.

Hello,

The circled part in your photo is actually a cover for the coils that support the weight of your window. We'd need to see your coils, as well as the pivot shoe that they anchor to, removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll relate a few videos to help you through the process. Thank you!
