We purchased a remodeled home. The door handle on the sliding glass door broke.

One would think there would be a lifetime warranty on a product like this.
We need a handle replacement asap! We use this door daily to go to the back yard & we've only lived here three years.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the door label does not tell us the hardware that it uses. To get started, we would need to see photos of the original handle, as well as have you write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes. If it engages with a mortise lock in the center of the door, we'd like to see that as well. Thank you!
