The plastic clip you are referring to is the tie bar guide. Yours has a similar hole placement to the 39-448 Tie Bar Guide. Carefully look over the dimensions below to determine if this is the right replacement for your window.

Below the product description we suggest holding on to the original screws for the installation. If you do not have them, or they are missing, our next best suggestion would be to take the screw to a local hardware store to have them match up the screw size. This will ensure it matches the thread of the original.

Another option is the try the 33-300 Assorted Screw Pack but I cannot guarantee they'll be the size you need.
