Hi, I?m looking for a replacement door handle lock for my sliding glass door. It?s a NAMI NFRC SVPD 7282. Do you sell this part? I appreciate any info you may have on this part. Thank you.

Take a look at our 82-080. I think this could work for you as a replacement. If you want a keyed version, I recommend our 82-081.

Hello, I believe I have this same sliding door model in my home. The sliding door is approximately 20 years old now and the screen has never slid very easily. There is now rust along the track where the screen rests most of the time. Are there rollers for this model screen door, or anything I can use to lubricate the track for it to slide better? Thank you for your time and response.

You could lubricate using a simple stick of wax. Something like our 75-077 is a popular choice for screen and glass doors.

Otherwise, it sounds like you'll need new rollers and maybe even a new track, depending on how severe the corrosion is. We may be able to help with that, but it's not possible to ID the hardware you have now without first seeing them. That will require taking your door down so that you can remove the roller for a visual inspection. There's no way around that.

Let me know if that's something you want to pursue. We will need a clear picture of the track (you don't have to remove that, at least) and the rollers fully removed and shown without obstruction. From there, I can then check our inventory to see if we have a good match.
