Hi there, Chris.
This appears to be a tilt window. You'd want either the 3/8" diameter S900 or 5/8" diameter S600 depending on the depth of the outer tube. However, I'm afraid I can't ID the pivot shoe when it's installed in the window track. I would need to see a photo of it removed along with the written-out thickness and width dimensions.
