Hi,
I have a house built in 2007 and many windows are malfunctioning. I am looking for replacement parts. I think I need to start with replacing the balances. One window sticker says:

Another sticker says:

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the sticker information on the window does not tell us the hardware that it uses. We would need to see an undamaged balance assembly removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
