NAMI sliding glass door handle

Thanks for your post! There is a chance we can supply a replacement for this sliding glass door handle. To confirm, I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes. It will also help to see a photo of the mortise lock inside the door.

We typically see damage like this when excessive force is placed on the handle. Best case scenario, there could be debris/dirt in the wheel or the track; worst case, either one or both of them have damage. I've included a few video tutorials below with instructions for removing/installing them and what we'll need to see to identify the correct rollers, should you find you need them.

I'll need to know the distance between the hole spacing that secures the handle plate to the door. It should be either 3-15/16" or 4-15/16".

Since the installation hole spacing is 3-15/16", I suggest taking a look at the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. If you would like a keyed version, you can use either the 82-030A (if the latch is centered) or the 82-030B (if the latch is offset). The dimensions for these can be found on the website.

The photos you've provided only display the handle set. The mortise, which is inside the door, is not displayed. If you find you need a replacement for it, I will need to see a photo the part.
