NAMI window cranks have failed

Question

Daughter bought a house and the cranks on a NAMI window have failed.    Need to replace bot right and left.    Pictures attached.   Please send quote.

These operators are very similar in design to our 39-187 and 39-188. Look these two parts over and let me know if you agree.
