NAPCO double hung window shoe

I need to purchase 2 (at least) window shoes for two NAPCO windows that were installed in 2001. I included a picture of the broken shoe, a label off the window and the contract describing the window.

Our pivot shoes vary in price, depending on which one you'll need, so I can't say. I'm sorry about that!

Images are the front and back of the pivot shoe as well as the markings on the coils- top coil looks like an E over an L, and bottom maybe a D or an O.

It looks like a 15-175 but mine is not slate blue. The shape and dimensions all look right.

As long as your dimensions match the 15-175, you're good to go. The color doesn't matter. I hope that helps!
