Hello, Maggie. Start off with having a look at our S350-34 channel balance. This comes assembled with a 19-002 balance top and 15-004 bottom balance shoe. Compare the measurements of your nylon fittings to ours to confirm this balance is a good replacement.You will need to retrieve the stamped number off of your balance in order to determine which spring option to select.
