This is a Vinyl Single Hung Window and it also flips out (like an awning).
I am looking for a new window handle. I do not know the window brand or manufacturer.

-"handle1" photo is of the window lock, it has some writing on it but I don't know if that information is useful at all.

-"handle2" photo is of the window handle. This is the top view of the handle.

-"handle3" photo is also of the window handle. The is the side view of the handle.
