The channel is 27 inch long by 5.75 inch wide and 6.20 inch deep

I put the decimal in the wrong place on this. It is .575 x .620 Sorry

Hi Bill,

Thanks so much for reaching out to us! You have a very heavy sash. The weight is around 36-39 lbs. We would like to see different views of the bottom balance shoe. We will also need the depth of the shoe, and to see the hook attached to the balance cord.
