Hello, I need to order replacement balances for Double Hung Anderson window Balances with the following marking: E 98 9#27 10 80. The upper visible glass area is 20" x 36 1/4" wide ( the lower sash glass is the same) The size of the upper sash frame is 23 3/4" x 39 7/8" wide ( lower sash frame is the same). Thank you

The Andersen 9#27 can be replaced by SWISCO's 24-939.
