NEED TO IDENTIFY AND REPLACE CASEMENT WINDOW OPERATOR

A home owner from Carlisle, PA says:

I am requesting your assistance in identifying the subject parts that I heed to replace to operate my windows to open and close. I would also like to purchase both the right and left side operators. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Robin.

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. This looks like you have an older style version of the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued many components that are needed for this operator to function, such as the link arm and the connecting bracket. Sometimes these bracket arms can be found secondhand on a site like eBay, but I can't make any guarantees. I apologize for any inconvenience.
