NEED TO REPLACE COIL SPRING, PIVOT SHOE, AND PIVOTS.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which uses either 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balances, or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. You'll need to remove the old assembly and measure the thickness of the coil tape to determine which series you need. Once you know what spring series you need, you'll need to choose weights for each spring you're replacing. Please double-check the sash weight--be precise as possible. I'll be able to work out the exact spring weights you need from there. The video below shows how to remove and replace this style of coil balance assembly.
