I realize that this piece is mangled and twisted but I am looking for about 40 of these. Based on the latch lock, these are Capitol Windows and this part is at the top of the channel balance.

We don't have this exact top sash guide, but see our 18-093. This was also used by Capitol before they closed and may work for you. Let me know what you think.
