NON-TILT WINDOW CHANNEL BALANCES

Hello Swisco customer service:

I'm looking for Channel Balance for Single Fix Window with the measurements: L = 28", W= 1/2", mark#= a 2730. Enclosed were the images of my old non-tilt window channel balance.

Hi Stephanie,

We'd be happy to help but the top attachment seems to be missing from the balance in your photo. We'll need to see both attachments from an undamaged balance to recommend a replacement for you. Thank you!

Hi Casey,

Its top attachment was broken into small pieces and the whole thing fell out of the window frame when I lifted up the window. I couldn't be able to remove the second channel balance because it didn't catch on the takeout clip but managed to take the image of its top attached, which is similar to your Series 350 Channel Balances. I'm going to replace both of them anyway if I know how to remove the second channel balance.

Your top attachment looks like it has wings that jut out to the left and right, so I think our S395-28 cannel balance with a 2730 spring strength option would be a better replacement. Take a look and see what you think, along with our video below for guidance on removal and installation. Thank you!
