NON-TILT WINDOW CHANNEL BALANCES

Hello,

I need your help with order for NON-TILT WINDOW CHANNEL BALANCES - I've attached photos. I would need both the metal and attached plastic parts.
the measurements are as follows.
Length - 20.7/8 inch
Width- 1/2 inch
for Weight of about 25-27 pounds

Please let me know if the ones you have for 21 inch length would work or these are custom made ones.

Hi there Zara. Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this via custom order. However, the metal channel should measure 21". Can you double-check that for us?

that's what I was wondering. So I can just order the 21" and it should be good right?
if possible, can you please direct me to the exact one on your website. I need like 40 of them.

Emily is out of the office today but, as she mentioned above, we can only supply these balances in 21" lengths, which should match the length of your balance channel not including the end fittings. If your channel measures exactly 20-7/8" long, we can't guarantee that our replacement would work for your application. Sicne they will need to be custom ordered and can't be returned for a refund, it is important to confirm that all of the specifications match before moving forward. See the image below showing exactly how we measure these balances.
