Please help me identify this window balance. It is 29" long, 1/2" wide, and the spring is 16-1/4" long.

We may be able to help, but before we recommend anything I need to see a picture of the fitting attached to the end of the cord. I would also like to know the number printed on the metal channel itself. Thanks!
