Would you be able to show us a photo of the profile? I'm afraid I can't visualize what you describe, but a photo would clear it up. Can you also give us the size of the profile?

HELLO ? TOM
I sent you an Email with pics (SWISCO.com) ATT: TOM 3/6/18 & 3/9/18 Thought it show any info needed.
Did find a # 2x10 slim offset screwdriver that can be clocked 60* by ( ANEX ). That will tighten loose mounting screws of the operator for casement windows without removing wood sill.
Thanks STASH

I'm afraid I haven't received your picture. Are you able to upload it directly to this thread? That would be the fastest way for us to get it.

ROUGH MEASUREMENTS PIECE IS VERY BRITTLE
PIECE HOOKED TO FLANGE EDGE OF ALUMINUM CLADING
WATER BAR ON WINDOW showing how it seals out water from top sash.
Also if you look all the way toward the hinge that's where it's all distorted (smashed)

It looks like you sent us the file location on your computer, which unfortunately doesn't help. That kind of information only helps if I'm physically sitting at your computer myself. To upload images to this thread, simply click "Choose File" underneath the form you fill in to create a new post on this page. From there you can navigate to where the photos are and upload them here. You can only upload 5 at a time, but in my experience we rarely need more than that.

Unfortunately, our company does not carry replacement sash framing, only small replacement parts such as operators and latches. You may want to try reaching out to a local sash fabricator for assistance in this case. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
