I'm not sure if we can supply a suitable replacement for your vent latch but if you could confirm the exact size of the hole where the latch installs, that will help us confirm. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Our closest replacement option would be the 26-122 vent latch but it installs in a cutout that measures 5/16" by 1-29/32" as shown below. Take a look and see if this might fit your window cutout.
