Thank you for the photo. Take a look at the 82-002WK with 6-5/8" installation hole center spacing. You'll want to make sure the orientation of the metal hook is the same as ours. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need.

Yes, our 82-002WK can replace what you show here. You can also reuse the old pull if it's in good shape.
