Thank you for your patience. I'm afraid we haven't found a part that could replace this. Is there any way we can see a photo of the part itself? That may help us locate a match.

Follow-up to NYLON STORM WINDOW SIDE GUIDE. I'm attaching a picture of the side guide resting within the side frame aluminum extrusion view from the top and view from the side. Disregard wood, that's my desk. Window frame is aluminum extrusion with 3/16 x 3/16 channel for top tilt, corner key and pictured side guide. Window is 20"W and 17"H and these side guides are on the 17" side, 8.5" from the top (tilt corner location) and 8.5" inches from the bottom (corner key location). They merely help the window to track squarely when lifting and also slide easier than metal. Thank you Tom.

Thank you! This is great. The part you are showing is known as an anti bow pin. We have one that is 3/16" wide and 5/32" high that could fit into your frame. See our 95-183. The only issue is that it is 3/8" tall, so that could be a problem. What do you think?
