What's the name of this plastic piece at the top corner of the window that the top of the channel balance catches?

It's hard to say with your top sash guide still installed in the window but take a look at our 18-015 PGT top sash guide. Carefully look over our dimensions and compare them to yours and see if this matches your original hardware.
