The operator arms look like they are in good condition but the hinge is quite rusted. If that is the only damaged part, take a look at the 36-048 hinge set. As long as the 10" base that mounts to the sill matches yours, you should be good to go. Keep in mind that it is important to replace both the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
