Name on broken door handle

Question

Dorwal is the name on the outside of the part.   Screws are roughly 3 5/8" apart.  Patio sliding Door was Herculite door made approx 1972.  This is for my moms door.

Take a look at our 82-055 handle set with 3-1/2" hole spacing from center to center and see if this can work for you. Thanks for posting!
