Hello! Your mortise lock appears to be a match for our 82-218. Check it out and let me know if you agree, or if you had any questions.

My lock broke and I need to replace it, but not sure what part I need. The hook on the lock isn't latching and the lock lever on the door is extremely loose.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This appears to be the same hardware as shown above. Have you reviewed the 82-218 that we suggested back then? If not, then I highly recommend that you do so.

If you also needed the handle set, that would be our 82-086.

Hi there,

Looking for a replacement door lock for the Nami-201373 sliding glass door. Pictured is the lock that came with the door. I'm just looking for the locking mechanism, not the entire handle. I've pulled apart and found the issue to be with the stop lock spring. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I recognize this hardware. Your mortise appears to be very similar in design to our 82-239. I think this may be what you want, but you should look over our dimensions to verify that they match up.

CAN THESE LOCKS BE REKEYED? IF NOT HOW MUCH OF THE HARDWARE WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED TO CHANGE THE KEYING?

I'm afraid we aren't able to rekey this hardware for you. My recommendation is to contact a local locksmith for assistance.
