Hi, I have a Nami MST 4060 series window and the plastic shoe or anchor the hold the spiral rod in place the allows the window to slide up and down broke on one of my windows. Can I get a replacement part for this? I attached picture and I'm talking about the part at the bottom of the picture which looks like plastic or nylon that has the mount screw in it. I also included a label picture of the window.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window, including the exact width and thickness to identify a replacement. Thank you!

Thank you for this information it is very helpful. How likely would you have the correct size pivot shoe for my windows? And could I just measure a good one with the window sash out and not remove pivot shoe? I would hate to have to remove both sizes instead of just the one broken side. Thanks again!

There's a good chance that we can help but you will need to remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window entirely to get accurate measurements of the width and thickness.
