I Need new rollers for my nami sliding glass door. product 311/312.also says NFRC
ADW-M-396. NAMI-302187. Don't have rollers out. Is that the only way to get the right rollers?

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, you are correct that the only reliable way to recommend replacement rollers would be to see the originals uninstalled.
