Nami Series: SVPD locking mechanism is jammed

Question

The locking mechanism is jammed and will not rotate up or down to lock or even unlock the door. Do I need to replace the whole handle or can I just replace the lock mechanism? Is Nami the brand of the door?

It sounds like you might have a problem with your mortise lock. Take a look at our 82-238 mortise lock. If you were also interesting in getting a new handle, see our 82-080 handle set. Thank you!
