Nami Swing-out window locking handle

Looking to replace the handle pictured. The internel mechanism no longer locks or unlocks the window

User submitted photos of a window lock & keeper.

You need to measure these casement/awning-style locks pretty carefully to identify them. Go over your dimensions and see if this lock is the same as our 38-095. It certainly looks close.
