Nami White Vinyl Windows 35" x 53"

A home owner from Gorham Maine says:
Hello,

I am look Block and tackle guides for the windows. The plastic pieces that hold on the spring and hold in the rod are worn out and no longer work. I have attached pictures of the model label and the pieces that slide the window up and down. These are double hung tilt windows. I was hoping you had a product that I could use to replace them. The window slot is 1/2".

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for posting. These old rod balances are no longer made, but one of our channel balances should be able to replace it. Does that bottom terminal clip resemble our 15-043? If so, then you should be able to use our Series 770 balances. Measure the length of an undamaged rod to determine the balance length needed. Then, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash that these rod balances support. Under the product description of each and every Series 770 there is a chart that lists weight ranges. Whatever weight range your sash falls into will indicate the stamp option you should select for your balance. This will ensure that it is calibrated perfectly to support your window sash. Let me know if you have further questions.
