Nami patio door handles

Question

I am looking for replacement handles for a Nami patio door Series 1181/57.

Distance between center of two mounting screws is 13.8/16" (a little less than 7/8")

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock looks like our 82-227. Something like our 82-030 should work as a new handle set. This does have a hole spacing, center-to-center, of 3-15/16", so double-check your measurements to be safe. Let us know if you have further questions.
