We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't determine what you need with the internal latch still installed. If you could remove it and send additional photos, that would help us confirm if we carry anything similar. See the video below to assist you. 

Unforutnately, we haven't heard back from the customer who started this thread. If you could remove the internal tilt latch from the sash frame, we'd be happy to confirm if replacements are available. 

We don't carry an exact match for the internal tilt latch shown in your photo but you may be able to use a pair of our surface-mounted latches if you can make new installation holes while avoiding the cutout for the thumb latch. See our video below showing the conversion process to determine if this could work for your application. 

We can't confirm the exact measurements needed based on a photo but the 26-193 and 26-194 would be a good place to start. Take a look and see if the backset and hole spacing would avoid the openings in your sash.
