Take a look at our 83-002 handle and see how our dimensions match up to yours. That handle comes with a keeper but we also sell our 85-011 and 58-014 keepers separately. I'm not sure if you need the mortise lock in your picture as well, but it looks like a match for our 82-226. Thank you!

We don't sell this exact handle set, but you should be able to use our 40-058 as an alternative. Look it over and see if you agree.
