Nami sliding door handle/lock replacement

Hey there. The mortise lock looks like it might be the 82-227. Do compare. For the handle set, are the thumb lever and key lock closer to the bottom of the pulls, rather than centered between the mounting holes? If so, see the 82-030B. If they are centered, see the 82-030A.
