We'd be happy to help but your photos only show the inner housing of your roller assembly. We would also need to see the outer housing to compare to our inventory, which may still be installed inside of the door frame.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your additional photos are helpful but we'll also need to see a photo of the side of the outer housing to make out the defining characteristics. 

As for your handle set, yours resembles the 82-008 at first glance but it has a downward-facing locking hook, while yours appears to protrude upward.

If so, you could consider the 82-002 depending on how the dimensions compare to yours. The placement of the locking hook is also an important factor, which looks like it may be a bit lower on the handle on your assembly than the 82-002. Take a look and see what you think.

We appreciate your patience as we looked into this for you. Our closest matches to your roller would be either the 81-009 roller with a 1-1/2" diameter wheel or the 81-081 roller with a 1-1/4" wheel. The housings resemble yours but the dimensions would be the determining factor.

Regarding your patio door handles, the 82-008 with the hook in the middle might line up with the cut-out in your door but, as Casey mentioned, the hook on the 82-008 locks in the down position. You might need to reverse the keeper in the jamb to have the door lock properly.
