Nami tilt vinyl window. Broken right shoe.

Question

Cannot replace bottom sash. Do not know how to replace pivot points in the side shoes.

This looks like our 15-195 1-1/4" wide balance shoe. Could this be what you mean?

I'm not sure what you mean when you say you can't replace your bottom sash. Can you go into more detail? As for the 15-195 shoe itself, it should just pop on and off the balance.
