Looks like you need a new lock and keeper for your sash. Before I recommend anything, I'll need a bit more information.
First, concerning the lock, can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center?
Next, concerning the keeper, can you show me an undamaged version? Can you also confirm the hole center spacing for this part, too?

It's 1/2 inch between the hole centers. Attached is the window name and number.

Thank you. To clarify, that 1/2" hole center spacing is for the keeper, right? Were you able to get an undamaged version for us to see?
The only part I could find that came close was our 90-257, but it has a 7/16" hole center spacing. I'm also not sure if the style of the actual keeper part matches.
