Hi, Dan. We believe you need the 38-036 rear mounted casement window lock. Take a look at it.

As for the operator, can you show us the arms? We need to see the whole operator from a bird's-eye view.

I'm afraid this photo still doesn't show the arms. Would you be able to remove the operator from the window entirely? We have to see the whole thing in order to identify it.

Perfect, thank you! I recommend our 39-187 and 39-188. I think these operators will work very well.
