Narroline 1970s sash balance

A quick learner from De Pere, WI says:

I have the Narroline double hung windows from the late 1970"s. Need to replace sash balances on two windows identical in size. The visible glass is 36 3/8" wide by 15 9/16" high for both top and bottom. What sash balance should we need to replace it.
