Narrow Stile Flush Door Pivots 3/4 offset

Question

Couldn't find a whole bearing but what is left looks like a washer. I suppose that the bottom floor piece used to have a bearing on an adjustable spindle/ The top is a spring loaded pin still in good shape.
More pics of top if needed.
