Custom balance is less than half inch wide. Can you get me a new balance or repair them?
The hook is correct
the 15-105 shoe is different; I'm having custom shoes made by a metal shop here.
16 inches long, 7/16" wide 3/8" high

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you need however, there are a few details I'll need to confirm to determine pricing and availability.
To start, please confirm the stamp from the metal channel of the balance. If there is no stamp, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash.
I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.

Thanks for confirming. I've just forwarded a link with a quote for the (6) requested balances. Please be aware that these will be stamped with a 1520 stamp given that your balances are stamped with a 15B.
