This looks like a 15-228 Pivot Shoe and Series 160 Coil Balances. A balance stamped #7.5 can be replaced with our S160-7 7.5 pound spring. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I forgot coil balance 1/2" it has a # 4 on it can it be added to my order need 2

Sounds like this might be the S160-4 4.5 pound spring. Take a look and see what you think.
