balance spring for Milgard windows

Handy Person from Long Beach 90755
hello, I have a 27" balance spring for Milgard non tilting windows.  The rail is 3/4" x 5/8" X 27".  It has the numbers 26 4 EX CMC 7 printed on the rail.  It is a vertical small window with a rail on each side.
I would like to buy two.  I don't have the weight of the window but I am hopeing the printed #s will tell you how much it weights.  The window is 20 miles away so I am wishing I don't have to weight it.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thank you!

Here is a pic of the connector.  I believe this is what you are asking for.

I'm sorry for the confusion but the part that we need to see is in the middle of the balance where the spring and pulley cord connect.

Thanks for getting back to us! You could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
