Need 2 cabinet hinges for bathroom vanity door

The number 21 is in a circle to the right of the above info

The first photo shows a broken part and I drew a picture of something that fell out as I have misplaced the actual part.

The patent # was hard to read but I think that is correct

Hello there. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this hinge, and it likely is no longer made. That said, our 32-345 seems to have a similar design. Take a look and see if you think this might work as a substitute.

It looks as good as I will be able to get. One question. The diameter of the round hole on the back of the door measures about 1 and 3/8". Would the new piece fit in easily or would I have to make the hole larger or add something to make it smaller? Just wondering on that but I'm pretty sure this hinge will be my best bet. Should have left those darn doors on when I painted the vanity !

Sure, as it turns out the 32-345 has a cup width of 1-3/8", and a 1/2" depth. As long as your depth is the same then it sounds like it will fit no problem.
