Thanks for writing in! I've gotten the possible replacement balances narrowed down but I'll need to see just one more photo to confirm the correct series. May I see a photo of the bracket that connects the spring and the pulley system in the middle of the balance?

I hope this helps. This would be an order for 2 channel balances. One is intact and the other is totally broken - severed cord and broken plastic piece between spring and pulley.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your window balance can be replaced with the S395-28.

You can likely use the 2750 stamp option but it would be advised to double check that you sash weight falls between 26 to 30lbs.
